For the most adventurous of you out there, our Lobsters come to us alive. If you wish to you can take them home and give them their own Jacuzzi - for the more timid we can do the dirty work so they’re not live and kicking when you come to prepping them later!

For the more refined who enjoy a little mess, but not too much - you have “The Split”.
We’ll make your experience easier by splitting your lobster and removing the track and the stomach, all that’s left for you to do is crack the claws!
The Split.
The easiest way to eat your Lobster. Ask for us to split and dress your lobster and we’ll take out anything you can’t eat (all the shell!) and lay the perfectly cooked meat back on top of each other!
All that’s left for you to do is Eat! Bon Appetit!
